甜菜坏死黄脉病毒(BNYVV)株系初步鉴定

摘　　要：对宁夏各病区采集的典型甜菜丛根病标样经单斑转接后，在番杏上稳定表现同心轮纹斑（ＣＲ）、黄斑（ＹＳ）和坏死斑（ＮＳ）３种症状；３种症状病叶经ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法测试均与ＮＹＶＶ抗血清呈阳性反应；回接甜菜根部，均对甜菜表现出致病性。试验初步确定了ＢＮＹＶＶ在宁存在ＣＲ、ＹＳ和ＮＳ３个株系。By means of singular lesion inoculation, the typical sugar beet Rhizomania plants collected in Ningxia disease areas showed three symptoms on Tetragonia expansa which are concentric ring (CR)lesion,Yellow spot (YS) and necrotic spot (NS) respectively. The three symptoms are closely related to BNYVV by ELISA test. And through backinoculation to sugar beet roots, the three isolates could infect sugar beets and showed the typical symptoms of Rhizomania.According to the above identification,it confirmed that there are CR,YS, and NS strains of BNYVV in Ningxia.
