摘　　要：系统梳理了我国鞋类专业20多年的发展历史,并首次提出了其发展的4个阶段,通过对我国15家代表性鞋类专业院校的问卷调查,首次全面系统地剖析了鞋类专业人才培养的类别,结合对温州及国内其它制鞋基地制鞋企业对专业人才的需求调查,深度剖析了目前我国鞋类专业人才培养的2个核心问题——专业定位和人才培养模式。The phylogeny of China＇ s shoes - making specialty over 20 years were systematically discussed, first proposing the four phases of its development. By investigation of 15 professional shoes -making colleges in China, combined with the survey of Wenzhou and other domestic shoe - making base＇ demands of professionals, the categories of personnel training was analyzed comprehensively and systematically, and two core issues, the orientation of specialty and the mode of personnel＇ s training, analyzed also.
