摘　　要：本文阐述了个人信息管理行为的特征,分析了民族志方法及其特点,探讨了把民族志方法引入个人信息管理行为研究的可能性。构建了使用民族志方法研究个人信息管理行为的模型,指出了每个阶段的关键任务。最后,指出在研究中应该注意的问题,展望了民族志方法的应用前景,旨在促进个人信息管理与信息管理的发展。This paper expatiates the characteristics of the personal information management behavior, analyzes the ethnography method and its feature, and discusses the possibility of introducing the ethnography method into the study of the personal information management behavior. The paper constructs a model of using the ethnography method to study the personal information management behavior, and points out the key task in each stage. Finally, the paper points out the problems that should be paid attention to, and describes the application prospect of the ethnography method in an attempt to promote the development of personal information management and information management.
