摘 要:评价科技情报系统功能发挥的优劣,是实行科学管理的重要内容。科学的评价是提升情报工作质量的有效方式,指标体系的构建是实施系统评价的首要环节。情报系统的评价方式有多种层面,本文主要是从决策与情报系统的互动角度出发,探讨情报系统三大子系统的评价方式,并依此构建指标体系,这些指标体系的构建是进行下一步正式评价情报系统的前提与基础。Evaluating whether the scientific and technical intelligence system implements its functions is an important part of scientific management. Scientific ewduation is an effective method to improve the quality of information service. To construct the evaluation index system is an important step in carrying out system evaluation. The intelligence system can be evaluated from many perspectives. This paper discusses the evaluation method of the three major subsystems of the intelligence system from the perspectives of the interactions between decision-making and intelligence system, and based on this, the paper constructs an index system. The index system is the precondition and basis of the formal evaluation of the intelligence system.
