摘　　要：通过分析目前山东省科技查新工作的现状,认为存在信息资源共建共享建设发展迟缓、查新人员素质参差不齐、科技立项查新工作量过于集中等问题,使科技查新质量和可信度受到一定影响,并就以上问题提出对策。Based on the analysis of the current state of literature evaluation for application of scientific projects and achievements in Shandong Province, the authors found that problems such as slow development in co - building and sharing of information, different professional levels of the persons participating in this work, and too much workload, etc, influenced its quality and reliability at a certain extent. Some countermeasures for the solution of such problems were proposed.
