摘　　要：护理流程再造是对原有护理工作流程的薄弱、隐患、不切合实际的环节业务进行流程再造,护理流程再造包括护理业务流程的优化、组织结构的调整、人力资源的重新配置及护理文化的重塑;护理流程再造支撑着医院核心竞争力,改变护理管理者的观念,改进护理人员整体服务意识,提高护理工作效率,提升病人满意度,降低成本从而推动医院发展。Nursing process reengineering （NPR） focus on analyzing and redesigning the weakness, risk and inappropriate procedure in the nursing process. It comprises redesigning nursing core processes, restructuring organizational structure, human resource management system and shifting nursing culture in the hospital. NPR mainly supports the core competence of the hospital, ehanges believes and values of the nursing administrators, improves the holistic nursing process, raises the working efficiency, promotes the patient＇ s satisfaction, reduces the cost, finally, enhances the development of the hospital.
