摘　　要：目的:对我院2005～2007年抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计,分析抗菌药物使用的特点和趋势,为临床合理用药和科学管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法:收集我院2005～2007年抗菌药物使用资料,对用药金额、用药种类、用药频度等进行分析。结果:3年来我院抗菌药物的品种数逐年增多,但抗菌药物的消耗占药品消耗总金额的比例逐年下降。临床使用抗菌药物主要以头孢菌素类和氟喹诺酮类为主。结论:我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍有少数品种存在过量使用现象。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the feature and tendency of the utilization of antibacterials in our hospital in 2005 - 2007 so as to provide references for the rational use and scientific management of antibacterials. METHODS ： The consumption data of the antibacterials in our hospital during the period 2005 - 2007 were collected for analysis of consumption sum, drug kinds and DDDs etc. RESULTS： The kinds of antibacterials increased year by year during the three years, but the proportion of its consumption sum in the total decreased year by year. Cephalosporins and Quinolones have dominated the first places among the antibacterials used in our hospital. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibacterials in our hospital was rational on the whole, but a few kinds were used excessively.
