摘 要:目的探讨合作学习在普外科护理临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法将2006—2007年度在普外科护理见习的140名护生分为实验组和对照组,每组70名,分别采用合作学习的教学方法与传统教学法进行教学。比较两组的见习成绩,并采用自制的调查问卷了解护生对合作学习教学法的评价。结果实验组护生的病例书写和理论考核成绩均优于传统教学法的护生,两组对不同教学方法的评价也有显著性差异。结论将合作学习教学法应用于普外科护理见习是可行的、有效的。Objective To evaluate the effect of cooperative learning on nursing teaching in the department of general surgery. Methods A total of 140 nursing students were divided into two groups for which the ways of cooperative learning and tradi- tional learning were introduced respectively,and the questionnaire was used to investigate these nursing students about their opinion of the cooperative learning at the end of clinical practice. Results Compared with control group,the score of exami- nation and case history writing ability in the experimental group was high. There were significant differences between these two group students' opinion of the cooperative learning. Conclusions It was feasible to use cooperative learning in nursing teaching in general surgery department.
