摘　　要：我国庞大的农村剩余劳动力是我国工业化和现代化面临的重大问题,也是我国新农村建设和全面建设和谐社会面临的最主要的结构性难题。本文在对农村剩余劳动力的现状、影响及原因进行客观分析的基础上,提出了问题的解决路径。Magnitudes of surplus rural labor force is not only the significant problem confronted with our industrialization and modernization,but the main fabric issue faced by construction of new countryside and harmonious society.Based on objective analysis of the situation,influence and reason of the surplus rural labor force’ transference,solutions to the problem have been put forward.
