新农村建设背景下农民科技培训实证研究——基于宁波的调查研究

摘　　要：农民是农业生产的主体,也是农业科学技术转化的重要载体,同时也是建设社会主义新农村的主力军,农民科技文化素质的高低直接决定着现代农业发展的水平,关乎着新农村建设的成败。为了将农民科技培训工作推向新阶段,我们采用问卷调查和个案访谈的方式对宁波市农民科技培训进行调查,深入分析其现状、效果、问题,在此基础上提出完善农民科技培训的政策建议。Farmer is the main of agricultural production and is the important vector of agricultural technology transfer,and is the main-force in building social new countryside.The farmer’s quality on scientific and cultural decides the level of modern agriculture and decides the success or failure of new countryside building.In order to pushing the work of farmer technology training into new stage,we investigate the Ningbo’s farmer technology training by surveying and case interview,and so analysis that deeply about its condition,effects and problems.Then we put out policy recommendations to perfect the farmer technology training.
