摘　　要：作者介绍了局域网环境下计算机用户相互协助遇到的困难,并给出了解决这个问题的几种方式,详细说明了使用Windows XP操作系统自带的"远程协助"功能的步骤和注意事项。The authors introduce some difficulties which the LAN computer users to help each other encountere, and gives the solution to this problem in several ways, describes in detail the use of Windows XP operating system comes with the “Remote Assistance” function of the steps and the matters needing attention.
