高效液相色谱法测定银黄滴丸中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立银黄滴丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为274nm。结果:黄芩苷在62.5～625.0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为101.01%,RSD为1.61%。结论:该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可用于银黄滴丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baiealin in Yinhuang Drop Pills.Methods： Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（5 μm, IS0 mm × 4.6 mm）was used,and the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （50：50：l）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detective wavelength was 274 nm.Results： The linear range of Baicalin was 62.5-625.0 Ixg/ml,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 101.01% and RSD was 1.61%.Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate.h could be used to determine Baicalin in Yinhuang Drop Pills.
