摘　　要：目的:测定苦胆草片中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为岛津Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(5μm,150mm×4.6mmID);流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70);流速1.0ml/min,检测波长270nm。结果:龙胆苦苷进样量在0.3528～3.5280μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999998,n=6);加样回收率结果为99.39%,RSD为0.52%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为苦胆草片中龙胆苦苷的定量分析方法。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Gentiopicroside in Kudancao Tablets by HPLC. Methods： The SHIMADZU Shim-Pack CLC-ODS（5μm,150 min4.6 mm ID）was used,mobile phase was methanol-water （30：70） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detective wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results： The linear range of Gentiopi croside was 0.352 8-3.5280μg,the average recovery was 99.39% with RSD of 0.52（n=6）. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate,can be used for the quantity control of Gentiopicroside.
