腰椎间盘突出症开窗髓核摘除术临床路径实施的初步效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对腰椎间盘突出症开窗髓核摘除术临床路径实施情况的分析,评价临床路径应用于临床的实际效果。方法:2005年10月～2006年6月,将需行腰椎间盘突出症开窗髓核摘除术的患者分为两组,实验组应用了临床路径,对照组应用传统诊疗方法,将平均住院日、住院费用及术后功能恢复等作为评价指标,进行对比分析。结果:实施了临床路径的患者与未实行这一方法的患者之间在住院时间、住院费用方面有显著性差异,在功能恢复上无显著性差异。结论:临床路径应用于腰椎间盘突出症开窗髓核摘除术,可以明显缩短平均住院时间,降低医疗费用,而不会影响患者的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the implementation effect of clinical pathway （CP）in lumbar vertebrae protrusion undergoing discectomy. Methods：After consulting the information of the hospitalized patients after the surgery of discectomy from October 2005 to June 2006,we analyzed the effect of CP using the average length of stay,the hospital charges and the outcomes after operate for the patients as the evaluating indexes. Results： There was significant difference in the length of stay and the hospital charges for the patients between the CP groups and the traditional groups. Conclusion： The method of clinical pathway can markedly decrease the length of stay and hospital charges for lumbar vertebrae protrusion patients undergoing discectomy.
