摘　　要：目的:探讨延长除皱手术远期效果的手术方法。方法:采用局部麻醉的方法,对105例额颞部轻、中度皮肤松弛患者行微切口筋膜悬吊+串珠线埋藏方法行除皱术。结果:术后随访2～7年,手术效果满意,并发症少,达到了面部年轻化及延缓皮肤衰老的目的。结论:串珠线埋藏可拮抗除皱术对皮肤的过度拉伸导致的皮肤弹性破坏,减缓皮肤的弹性衰减生理过程,延长单纯筋膜悬吊术的手术远期效果。Objective： To explore the new method of prolonging the long-dated result of rhytidectomy. Methods： 105 cases with low-degree and middle-degree frontotemporal eutis laxa were performed under local anaesthesia by the fascia suspending associated with the embedding of a string of beads. Results： All cases were observed, and the postoperative follow-up ranged from 2 to 7 years. The result was satisfactory with few complications. The aims were obtained to facial rejuvenation and anti-senescence effect on skin. Conclusion： Soft tissue sagging is best rejuvenated by repositioning and suspension applied with the embedding of a string of beads, because the latter can compensate for the overtightening of skin only under the fascia suspending and postpone the skin aging simultaneously.
