氟烷阴性母猪的测交及其后代经济性状比较

摘　　要：２８头ＳＪ系氟烷阴性母猪用阳性公猪（ｎｎ）进行测交，对产出的２０窝计２０８头后代仔猪进行氟烷测验，共检出４窝中的２１头为氟烷阳性猪。４窝的阳性率分别为５／１０、５／１１、５／１１和６／１２，证明４头母猪为杂合子。对这４头母猪的４３头阳、阴性后代进行肥育性能和胴体、肉质性状的测定，结果显示阳性猪的膘厚和大理石纹评分低于阴性猪，日增重、饲料报酬、胴体长、肉色评分以及ｐＨ值显著低于阴性猪（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）；而屠宰率和眼肌面积高于阴性猪；瘦肉率和失水率则显著高于阴性猪（Ｐ＜０．０５）。可见，氟烷阴性猪虽含有隐性不良基因，但并不象氟烷阳性猪那样对肥育性能和肉质具有明显的影响。halothane negative(HN) sows of SJ line were mated with halothane positive(HP)sires;208 offspring piglets were tested with halothane.21 of the 208 piglets in 4 of 20 litters were found HP,and the proportion of HP pigs in the 4 litters were 5/10,5/11,5/11 and 6/12,which proved 4 parent sows were heterozygote.Fattening performance and carcass and meat qualities of offsprings of these 4 sows were determined ,the backfat thickness and marbling grade of the HP pigs were lower than those of the HN pigs,and the daily gain,length of carcass meat,color grade and feed conversion of HP pigs were lower than those of HN significantly ( P <0 01 or P <0 05),while the dressing rate and loin eye area were higher than those of HN pigs,and the lean meat rate and water loss rate were higher than those of HN pigs significantly( P <0 05).Although HN pigs had bad allogene,they did not make obvious effects on fattening performance and meat quality like HP pigs.
