投钵频率与输送带式栽植器关系的研究

摘　　要：简单介绍了输送带式栽植器的工作原理，并对钵苗在双输送带上的受力及运动状态进行了分析，建立了钵苗在关键部位的运动模型，对钵苗运动过程中的稳定性及投钵频率对立苗率的影响进行了试验和分析，论证了所建立的模型。This paper simply introduces the work principle on planting apparatus with twin conveyer belt and analyses the pressure and state of motion of the nutritive cube on twin conveyer belt, sets up model of motion of nutritive cube, tests and analyses the steady of the nutritive cube in motion and influence of frequency of throwing nutritive cube on seedling erection rate of this cube and proofs built model, finds out the limit and the optimum frequency of throwing cube when structure parameter is fixed.
