摘  要:实验研究了玻璃基体表面化学镀Co-N i-P合金的工艺过程和操作方法,讨论了镀液pH值及其他因素对镀层质量的影响,并对玻璃镀件进行了电镜扫描、X射线衍射、结合力和耐腐蚀性检测。实验结果表明:玻璃基体经过预处理、敏化及活化处理,镀液条件控制在80℃、pH为6、施镀时间40m in进行化学镀合金,可以得到结合力较强、质量较好的Co-N i-P合金镀层。The technical flow and operational method of electroless plating Co - Ni - P alloy on the surface of, glass group were researched in this experiments. And the effects of pH value and other operating factors on plating surface quality were discussed. In addition, plastic plating pieces were tested with SEM micrograph, X- ray diffraction patterns, combining strength and lasting causticity. The results showed that at 80℃ , pH = 6 and in 40 min of the plating bath, stronger adhesion of the alloy coating and better quality of the coating were made on the surface of glass by pretreatment of roughing, sensitization and activation.
