摘 要:农用抗生素是指微生物产生的,可用于防治农业有害生物的次级代谢产物。随着筛选模型的贫乏,发现新型农用抗生素的难度越来越大,同时农用抗生素的研究应用与筛选模型密切相关,并随筛选模型的不断改进而向前推进。近年来,随着新技术特别是现代生物技术在微生物研究中的应用,从微生物中筛选新的农用抗生素的几率逐渐加大。主要对传统筛选模型、特定筛选模型以及高通量筛选模型进行了阐述,并对我国未来农用抗生素筛选模型的发展方向提出了预测。An agro-antibiotic is a secondary metabolite produced by microorganisms that could be used to control agricultural pests. Along with the deficiency of screening model, the discovery of new-type agro-antibiotic is getting more and more difficult, at the same time, the study and application of agro-antibiotic is closely related with the screening model, and carry forward along with the improvement of the screening models. Recently, following the application of new technology, particularly modern biotechnology in microbiological study, the probability of the screening new agroantibiotic from microorganism is getting larger and larger. Traditional screening models, specific screening models, and high throughput models were elaborated in this article, moreover, a prediction on the development direction of Chinese screening model in agro-antibiotic to come was put forward.
