摘　　要：建设和谐社区,是构建和谐社会的基础,是全面建设小康社会的重要手段。和谐社区建设是一项系统性的工程,更需要前瞻性的规划和决策,需要社区意识的奠基,需要社区民主自治推动,需要理性方式的选择,需要市场化的运作,需要制度化、法制化的保障以及社区党建的坚实支撑,从而确保和谐社区建设有理、有序推进。Harmonious community is the base of constucting harmonious society, and is an important measure of constructing an overall well-off society. It is a systemic project, which requires portentous planning and decision-makings, requires community recognization as foundation, and self-management as motivity, requires rational choice and marketized operartion, laws and regulations as guarantee, requires firm community CPC contruction as support. All of these will ensure a well and gradually community enhance.
