摘  要:连铸水口堵塞对于连铸生产、铸坯质量以及安全生产具有重要影响。通过在水口内外壁附加 ZrO_2固溶体材料并在其两侧施加电场的方法,研究了电场电流对水口正负极附着层厚度的影响。研究结果表明,随着电场电流的增加,与电源正极相连接的水口试样的附着层厚度逐渐减少,而负极的附着层厚度则显著增加。与未施加电场时的水口相比,当电流为1A 时,正极水口的附着层厚度降低了70%,负极水口的厚度增加了72%;而当电流增加至5A 时,正极的厚度降低了90%,负极的厚度则增加了156%。将水口的内外壁设计成正负极并与电源连接时,可以同时防止连铸水口堵塞和减少水口侵蚀。The clogging of continuous casting nozzle has a great effect on the continuous casting, quality of strand and safe production of steel. An electric field was applied on submerged entry nozzle added with ZrO2 solid electrolyte on the outer layer and the effect of current flow on thickness of deposit was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of current flow, the thickness of deposit in the anode decreased correspondingly, however, in the cathode, the thickness of deposit increased dramatically. Comparing with the nozzle without an applied electric field, when the current flow was 1A,the thickness of deposit in the anode decreased by 70% , and increased by 72% in the cathode. Similarly, when the current flow was up to 5A,the thickness of deposit in the anode decreased by 90%, and increased by 156% in the cathode. Taking the inner layer and outer layer as electrode connected with current source ,the clogging and erosion of the nozzle could be prevented simultaneously.
