摘　　要：介绍了在南钢超低头板坯连铸机上成功进行机械和液压系统的改造,安装轻压下系统,应用轻压下技术的过程。经过多次调试成功实现了动态轻压下功能,在改善板坯内部裂纹、中心疏松及中心偏析等方面取得了一定的效果,达到了提高铸坯内部质量的目的。The process of successful realization of dynamic soft reduction technology after modifying mechanical and hydraulic system and installing dynamic soft reduction control system on the extra low head slab caster was intruduced. After the commissioning, dynamic soft reduction is achieved. Some benefits such as improvement of inner cracks, center segregation and porosity have been brought, so inner quality improvement of slabs is realized.
