摘 要:以汕型野败不育系汕A为母本,15个籼粳中间型恢复系为父本配制的三系亚种组合进行优势和相关分析。结果表明,三系亚种间杂种优势主要表现在穗粒数上,穗数和结实率与对照相当,而千粒重呈显著负优势;杂种产量与穗粒数、穗数、结实率、千粒重呈极显著正偏相关,而这4个性状之间又呈极显著负偏相关。中间型父本的籼粳性与其杂种各主要农艺性状的相关不显著。选育株型理想、千粒重稍大、穗粒结构合理的中间型恢复系是获得更强亚种间杂种优势的关键。All the inter-subspecific combinations from indica CMS line Shan A crossed with 15 indica-japonica intermediate restorer lines showed heterosis in spikelets per panicle but negative heterosis in 1000-grain weight,while their productive panicles per plant and seed- setting rate were almost the same as the check.The yield of hybrid showed significant partial correlation with spickelets per panicle, productive panicle per plant,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight,but significant negative partial correlation were found between the four characters.We also found that there were no relations between indica/japonica property of the intermediate male parents and the major agronomic characters of their progenies.For promoting the heterosis of inter-subspecific hybrids,it is essential to develop intermediate restorer lines with ideal plant type,high 1000-grain weight and rational panicle-spikelet structure.
