摘 要:将楝树科植物红果米仔兰叶的甲醇抽提物用氯仿萃取,所得萃取物对菜青虫3龄幼虫进行生物活性测试.结果表明萃取物有较高的毒杀与生长发育抑制作用,浸叶饲喂10g/L药液处理,5d后试虫的生长比率为225%,7d后死亡率达963%;而拒食与触杀作用则为中等活性.对试虫的拒食率为749%,点滴处理LC50为243g/L.以植物性杀虫剂川楝素与印楝油做药效对照,表明萃取物在胃毒与生长发育抑制活性方面与印楝油的相当.Bioassay of the extract partitioned with chloroform from the foliar methanol extract of Aglaia odorata var. chaudocensis (Meliaceae) for insecticidal effects on the imported cabbage worm, Pieris rapae, were carried out. The results showed that the extract possessed high effects of growth inhibithion and stomach poison. Insects fed with the contaminated leaves with 10 g/L extract obtained 96.3% mortality and 22.5% growth ratio on the 7th and the 5th day, respectively after treatment. However, the less effects were showed on antifeeding and contacting poioson. Compared with Toosendanin and Neem oil, the succeessful botanical insecticides, the effects of the extract on stomach poison and growth inhibition were similar to those of Neem oil.
