摘 要:用簇毛麦(Haynaldia villosa)与硬粒小麦(Triticum durum)品种Sauwne20杂交,F_1自由授粉,育成贵农21、22号等品系,并对条锈和白粉病免疫至近免疫,中抗叶锈病和高抗秆锈病,品质优良,丰产性好,对病害具较持久的抗性。经RAPD分子标记和原位杂交,确认为小麦—簇毛麦的代换系。贵农21号等对小麦新的雄性不育系D^2型有很强的恢复力。Crossing Haynaldia villosa (L. )Shur. with Triticum durum Desf. cultivar Sauwne 20 and letting the F1 free pollinate by common wheat. Two common wheat lines, Guinong 21 and Guinong 22 were developed. They were highly resistant to powdery mildew,stripe rust and stem rust,and moderately resistant to leaf rust. The lines possess better quality and higher yield. The results of RAPD molecular marker and in situ hybridization studies suggest that Guinong 21 and Guinong 22 are wheat - H. villosa 6A/6V substitution lines. They both also possess strong restoring ability for new male sterile lines of the D2 type.
