摘 要:[目的]建立不同产地益智挥发油的气相指纹图谱分析方法,为其质量评价提供参考。[方法]采用气相色谱法测定来自10个不同产地益智挥发油,并用SPSS软件对气相指纹图谱数据进行聚类分析和相似度分析,研究10种不同产地益智挥发油气相指纹图谱的相似性。[结果]10个产地制备的益智精油得率在0.21%-0.96%,以广东阳江产益智产油率最高。各色谱峰的相对保留时间的相对标准偏差为0.02%-1.00%,相对峰面积的为0.6%-2.5%,符合指纹图谱的要求。不同产地的益智挥发油的成分含量相似但个别存在差异。质量不尽相同,海南产益智较好,为地道药材,广东次之,广西较差。[结论]该研究建立的测定益智药材挥发油的气相指纹图谱分析方法准确可靠,可用于药材质量评价。[Objective] The objective of the research was to set up the analyzing method for the GC fingerprints of volatile oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel and provided the reference for its quality evaluation.[Method] The volatile oils from A.oxyphylla from 10 different producing areas were determined by GC.The GC fingerprint data processing were made for cluster analysis and similarity analysis by using the SPSS software to study the comparability of GC fingerprint of A.oxyphylla volatile oil from different producing areas.[Result] The yield rates of essential oil from 10 producing areas were 0.21%-0.96% and the sample purchased from Guangdong drugstore had the highest oil yield.For every chromatographic peak,the relative standard deviation of relative retention time were 0.02%1.00% and that of the relative peak area were 0.6%-2.5%,which accorded with the requirement of the GC fingerprint.The contents of the essential oil among the samples of A.oxyphylla from different growing areas were similar,with individual differences.The quality of medicinal materials from different producing areas was not the same.The A.oxyphylla produced from Hainan was best,which were genuine medicinal material,that from Guangdong was the next,and that from Guangxi was the worst.[Conclusion] The GC fingerprints analysis method for determining the volatile oil from A.oxyphylla established by this study was accurate and reliable and could be used to evaluate the quality of medicinal material.
