关于农业机械平面和空间机构多余自由度的研究

摘  要:针对传统平面、空间机构自由度计算公式存在计算不准和自由度计算公式及概念过多的缺点,提出用一个新的公式替代传统平面、空间机构115个公式,用1个多余自由度λ替代平面机构局部自由度和虚约束2个概念,新公式比传统公式简单,从而说明新公式揭示了机构运动的本质和规律,并为平面、空间机构自由度计算提供了科学可靠的公式。Aiming at the probiem of too many concepts and computing formula for freedom of motion and inaccuracy of the computing formula for freedom of motion of traditional plane and space mechanism,a new computing formula was propesed and substituted for 115 computing formula in traditional plane and space mechanism. A new formula was simple compared to the old ones because a superfluous freedom of motion ), was substituted for the partial freedom of motion of a plane and space mechanism and false condition number,and revealed the essence and rule of mechanical movement and also provide reliable and scientific formula for calculating the freedom of motion of a plane and space mechanism .
