摘　　要：抗日战争爆发后,中国共产党通过对民间传统艺术的扬弃,不仅向广大群众宣传了抗日救亡的路线、方针、政策,激发了根据地军民的热情和斗志,而且就如何对待民间传统艺术问题,初步形成了一套理论,并在客观上丰富、完善了中国共产党的新民主主义文化理论。After the breakout of anti - Japanese War, the CPC, by developing the useful elements of traditional folk art and discard its uselessness, not only propagandized the anti - Japanese war＇ s line, general and specific policy, which stimulated the military forces and people＇s enthusiasm and fighting will in base areas, but also formed a systematic theory of how to nurture the traditional fork art, which objectively enriched and perfected the party＇ s cultural theory of new democracy.
