摘 要:为了对区域港口群运输网络进行优化,降低运输总成本,在考虑航线运输能力为随机条件下,运输航线成本函数为运输量的凹函数时,由有限个区域始发港、一个区域枢纽港和多个目的港所组成的运输网络优化问题。①得出航线成本是航次运输批量的准凸函数,并对航次运输批量和航线成本进行优化;②在考虑航线成本最优条件下,对区域始发港到某个特定目的港之间的运输路线进行决策;③对区域始发港到所有目的港的整个运输网络的运输路线进行优化,提出区域港口群运输网络的整体最小成本和最优运输航线;④通过算例验证所提出的模型的实用性。To optimize transportation network and decrease transportation cost in regional port cluster, this paper develops the optimization model of transportation network consisting of few regional original ports, one regional hub port and many destination ports, which considers random transportation capacity and concave costs in transportation routes. At first, the expected cost function in transportation route is derived and it is shown to be a unimodal function and pseudo-convex in the shipment size, and then the optimal shipment size and route cost is presented; Secondly, based on the optimal route cost, this paper develops an optimization procedure for the transportation network consisting of few regional original ports and one particular destination port, which decides whether to route a shipment through a hub port or route it directly to its destination port ; Thirdly, the optimal transportation routes are presented for the transportation network from few regional original ports to all destination ports. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
