摘  要:从铋系层状铜氧化物材料的结构出发,针对它沿c轴方向形成纳米级的导电层与介电层周期堆垛结构的特点,提出Bi系层状铜氧化物晶粒可以等效为一个LC振荡回路,并计算了它的振荡频率。发现振荡频率与材料的晶格参数及材料晶粒ab面的截面积有关。经计算振荡频率落在微波频段。从而预言此类材料可以作为微波吸收剂使用。并且提出通过控制晶粒尺寸可以调控中心吸收频率,通过控制晶粒尺寸分布来展宽吸收频带。Based on the layered Bi-based cuperates structure of the nano-conductive layer and the dielectric layer stacking along the c-axis direction, it was proposed that the grain of the cuperates could be equivalent to a LC oscillator circuit, and the oscillation frequency was calculated. It was found that the oscillation frequency depends on the lattice parameters of the cuperates and the ab plane cross-sectional area of grain. The calculated oscillation frequency landed in microwave band, which may reveal that such materials can be used as microwave absorbents. Adjusting centre absorption frequency by controlling grain size and widen the absorption band by controlling the distribution of grain size was discussed in the paper.
