摘　　要：采用一维量子波导理论研究了带有一个stub的双介观环结构中的电子输运。在满足波函数的连续性以及电流的闭合性的情况下,得出了透射系数的解析表达式,并根据此表达式分析了电子的输运特性。结果显示:电子的透射系数随两个环的半周长、两环的间距以及stub的长度和位置有规则地振动,适当的调整两个环的半周长、两环的间距以及stub的长度和位置等参数中的任何一个,都能使电子透射系数达到100%。Electron transport through a mesoscopic dual rings with a stub is investigated by using quantum waveguide theory. In the case of ensuring the continuity of the wavefunction and the closing of the current, the analytic expression of the transmission coefficient is derived and the transmission properties axe analysed. The results show that the transmission coefficient of electron in dual mesoscopic rings with a stub oscillates with the changing of the length of the stub, the length of the any ring, the position of the stub and the interval between the two ring. The transmission coefficient of the electron can be modulated up to 100% by modulating any paxameter of the above.
