摘 要:目的:观察卵巢癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及癌细胞线粒体超微结构的改变,探讨卵巢癌VEGF表达增强对线粒体的影响及其机制。方法:用免疫组化染色法及电子显微镜技术研究卵巢癌VEGF表达及癌细胞线粒体超微结构的改变及相互关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示,微血管内皮细胞及卵巢上皮细胞VEGF表达呈强阳性。癌变后的卵巢上皮细胞的线粒体数量增多,线粒体明显肿胀、脊断裂明显。结论:卵巢癌线粒体超微结构的改变与VEGF表达有关,其VEGF表达增强可能是癌细胞自我保护机制的反应。Objective:To observe the changes of mitochondria ultramicrostructure and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in ovarian carcinoma and investigate the effects of increased VEGF expression on the mitochondria ultramicrostructure.Method:The expression of VEGF in ovarian carcinoma was detected by immunochemistry and the ultramicrostructure change of mitochondrion in ovarian carcinoma were observed with electronic microscope in patient suffering from ovarian carcinoma.Results:The expression of VEGF was increased obviously in ovarian carcinoma tissue and the microvascular endothelial cells.Electron microscope reveals that the partly mitochondria swelling and cristae disor-ganizing were seen in ovarian carcinoma.Conclusion:The ultramicrostructure changes was associated with the hypoxia of ovary cells,and the increase of VEGF expression may be a protective metabolism of self-reaction.
