摘　　要：[目的]了解现阶段汕尾市城区居民慢性病患病率及其与耳鼻咽喉科相关疾病发病率的关系,为全面合理配制规划卫生资源及相关疾病的预防提供科学依据。[方法]采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法,在汕尾市城区4个居委共360户选取常住居民中18～69岁出生日期最接近21日为监测对象,现场实际调查361人。[结果]40岁开始高血压患病率显著升高,至60～69岁高血压患病率高达65.12%;统计学上差异有统计学意义;高血压与超重、肥胖的关系比较,统计学上差异有统计学意义。[结论]虽然汕尾市城区高血压病患病率,成人标化超重率,标化肥胖率,超重与肥胖之比均低于全国平均水平,但男性超重率高于全国水平,且以30～40岁为较高,女性超重率以40～50岁为较高,在社区慢性病的预防中采取个性化及专科相结合的综合干预措施更为适宜。[Objective] To learn the relationship between the prevalence of chronic diseases and relevant disease incidence on otolaryngology among the residents in Shanwei. in order to offer scientific bases for the rational formulation of hygiene resources and the prevention of relevant diseases. [ Methods ] Used the multi-stage random sampling method. They were selected from 360 households in four neighborhood conunittees in Shanwei City, and they were the 18--69 years old residents whose birthday was most close to 21st. the site investigations included 361 people. [ Results] Increased prevalence of hypertension was on the age of 40, up to 60-69 years, the prevalence of hypertension was 65.12%; there was a statistically significant difference. The relationship among hypertension, overweight and obesity had statistically significant difference. [ Conclusion] In Shanwei City, although the rate of hypertensive, adults＇ standardized overweight, standardized obesity rate and ratio of overweight and obesity are lower than the national average, the rate of overweight men is higher than the national average, especially among the men with the age of 30-40. The feminine overweight rate is higher among the women who are 40-50 year old. It is more suitable to take the comprehensive intervention measure of individualization and specialized method.
