摘　　要：网络化环境下高职院校图书馆信息人员在知识与能力方面面临着新的挑战,高职院校只有不断完善图书馆信息人员的素质结构,积极引进人才,增加资金投入,强化信息人员的现代信息技术理论知识和技能的培养和训练,才能解决读者信息需求和图书馆信息提供能力之间的矛盾。The information librarians at college libraries face new challenges in knowledge and capability . Only by constantly perfecting the quality structure of librarians, attracting talent and increasing capital investment, strengthen the training of information technologies for the librarians, the contradiction between information needs of readers and information-provided capabilities of libraries can be resolved.
