摘 要:用退火法在玻璃衬底上生长ZnO籽晶,然后将衬底置于醋酸锌和六亚甲基四胺溶液中,分别对溶液温度和物质的量浓度进行调控,生长了棒状、片状和菊花状等多种形态的纳米晶体。采用X射线衍射仪分析了纳米晶体的结构及择优生长和排列特征,用扫描电子显微镜观察了纳米晶体的形貌,研究了生长温度的起伏和溶液物质的量浓度的变化对ZnO纳米晶体形态的影响。结果表明,ZnO纳米晶体生长过程中溶液物质的量浓度的变化对纳米晶体形态的影响很小,而温度的起伏对纳米晶体的形态起到了至关重要的作用。ZnO nanocrystals were grown in solution of Zn acetate and hexamethylenetetramine on the glass substrates with ZnO seeds preformed by annealing method. Various morphologies such as sheets, rods, flowers like chrysanthemum were obtained by adjusting the difference in temperature of the solution and adjusting the concentration of zinc acetate and hexamethylenetetramine in the solution. The preferential growth and arrangement orientation and the morphology of the nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scan electron microscope. The effects of fluctuation of growth temperatures and fluctuation of solution concentration on the nanocrystal morphology were studied. The results show that the concentration of the solution has little effects on morphology of ZnO nanocrystals, but temperature changing during growth has dramatic effects on the morphology of nanocrystals.
