摘　　要：本文在分析我国老年人口状况和老龄化状况、老年休闲的类型、特点及存在问题的基础上,阐述了和谐社会构建进程中发展老年休闲的重要意义,并提出了发展老年休闲的相关对策,旨在为科学应对人口老龄化,促进和谐社会建设提供理论参考。Based on the analysis of the present situation of the aging people and the aging trend,the type and the characetristies ot the aged leisure life style,and the problems,this paper pointed out the significance of the improvement of aged people＇s life style in the course of harmonious society building,and put forward the countermeasures in order to give some advice to promote the harmonious society building.
