摘　　要：本文设计的进仓稻谷湿度在线检测系统采用广泛使用的AT89C51作为控制中心,利用湿度传感器JCJ100D将稻谷湿度信号转换为电压信号,通过模/数转换芯片ADC0809完成A/D转换,同时用移位寄存器74LS164进行串行输入/并行输出实现湿度的显示,并对稻谷湿度进行分析,根据分析结果报警并切断电机使高湿度的稻谷不能进仓以避免霉变。A rice humidity detection system based on AT89C51 is designed in the alarm system as the wide applications of MCU in,instrumentation fields.That conversion from humidity to electric signals is realized by humidity sensor JCJ100D,and A/D is completed by ADC0809 and humidity display implemented by shift register 74LS164 and anasis the rice humidity, based on the analysis results cut off the motor and alarm so that prevent the high humidity rice to be transported into storage and mildew.
