痔瘘洗剂对肛瘘术后创面愈合影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔瘘洗剂对肛瘘患者术后创面愈合及改善创面症状的作用。方法:将65例肛瘘患者,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例,分别术后予痔瘘洗剂和PP粉熏洗伤口,观察术后平均伤口愈合时间和用药7 d后创面症状改善情况。结果:与对照组相比较,治疗组患者伤口平均愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05),用药7 d后伤口症状显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:痔瘘洗剂术后熏洗具有促进肛瘘患者术后伤口愈合和改善创面症状的作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Zhilou Lotion, a traditional Chinese prescription, on wound healing and wound symptoms after fistulectomy. Methods： Sixty-five cases of fistula were divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （32 cases） at random. The wounds of treatment group after fistulectomy were fumigated and washed by Zhilou Lotion, while the wounds of control group by PP powder. The average wound healing time and the relieved wound symptoms after 7-day external applicalion were observed. Resuhs： There was significanl difference in the average wound healing time and the relieved wound symptoms between the two groups after fislulectomy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhilou Lotion could improve wound healing and relieve wound symptoms in patients after fistulectomy.
