摘　　要：针对染整后处理的工艺特点,采用ZigBee(IEEE802.15.4)无线网络技术及传感器技术,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的织物水洗机在线监控系统。进行了监控网络结构、节点硬件电路和软件设计,实现了对织物洗涤过程中的浊度、pH值和温度等工艺参数的实时监控。为中小型染整企业的生产自动化和节能降耗提供了一种新的技术。Aiming at the dyeing and finishing post-processing technologic features, we designed the fabric washing machine online monitoring system which is based on ZigBee（ IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard） ZigBee wireless network technology and sensor technology. The system includes the design of monitoring network structure, node hardware circuit and software, and has realized the real-time monitoring to turbidity, pH value and temperature, and other technical parameters in fabric wash process. The wireless monitoring system has provided an automation and energy saving new technology for the middle and small scale dyeing and finishing enterprise＇ s production.
