摘  要:介绍了河南境内的国网一级骨干电路传输网、华中传输网和省网传输网的规模和现状,对省网通信传输平台上所承载的业务传输模式进行了分析,并在通信传输网不断完善的同时,提出了各级通信网"电路互补、资源共享"的思路。另外详细阐述了国网京峡光纤电路和国网京汉微波业务的迂回实现电路方案,目的是在通信网遇到突发事件时,能快速建立迂回通道来保障通信网的安全。This paper introduces of the present situation the state first-level core transmission network, Central China transmission network and Henan province transmission network, and analyzes the service transmission mode of Henan electric power communication network. It puts forward the idea of "complemented circuits and shared resources" among the networks of the state, central China and Henan province while the transmission network is being constructed. It also illustrates the implementation of the alternate circuit schemes during the interruption of the state backbone circuits, such as Beijing-Sanxia optical cable and Beijing-Wuhan microwave, so as to guarantee the operation of communication network safely.
