摘　　要：文章在分析辽宁电力通信网管系统现状的基础上,提出了综合网管系统建设的总体方案,包括系统结构、功能要求、建设方案等,对系统建设中的关键技术进行了探讨,并全面阐述了系统建设的重要意义。Based on the analysis of current network management situation, this paper proposes an overall scheme of constructing an integrated management system in Liaoning power communication network, which includes system configuration and required functions. The key issues and technologies during the system construction are also discussed in the paper.
