摘　　要：为了提高电网调度的安全性和便利性,结合广西电网现有的视频会议系统和电话调度系统,文章提出视频调度的观点,简要介绍了广西电网建设视频调度系统的技术基础和要求,详细阐述了通过改造视频会议系统实现视频调度功能、同时兼容电话调度系统的基本思路和整体结构,并对该系统中的主要组件和设备加以详细解释,最后对视频调度系统在电网调度中的应用前景进行了展望。Based on the existing video conference system and telephone dispatching system of Guangxi Power Grid Company, this paper put forward some ideas on construction a video dispatching system. It introduces the technical requirement for such system, discusses the ways to upgrade the existing video conference system to realize video dispatching functions, at the same time, compatible with the telephone dispatching system. The main elements and devices are also analyzed in the paper.
