氟硼酸盐体系电沉积因瓦合金箔的工艺研究

摘  要:在含有0.75mol/LNi(BF4)2·6H2O,0.05~0.25mol/LFe(BF4)2,0.5mol/LH3BO3,30g/LNaBF4和0.5g/L糖精的镀液中,以316L不锈钢作为旋转阴极,电沉积制备了因瓦合金箔。讨论了镀液中亚铁离子含量、阴极旋转速率、温度、pH、电流密度等5个因素对合金箔中铁含量及阴极电流效率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:Fe2+浓度0.15mol/L,温度45~55°C,pH2.5~3.0,电流密度18~25A/dm2,阴极旋转速率600~900r/min。所得合金箔光亮致密,柔韧性好,其Fe含量稳定在62%~66%,达到了因瓦合金的组分要求。Invar alloys were prepared by electrodeposition with 316L stainless steel as rotating cathode in a bath containing 0.75 mol/L Ni(BF4)2·6H2O, 0.05-0.25 mol/L Fe(BF4)2, 0.5 mol/L H3BO3, 30 g/L NaBF4 and 0.5 g/L saccharine. The effects of ferrous ion concentration, cathode rotating rate, temperature, pH and current density on the iron content of alloy foil and cathodic current efficiency were discussed. The optimal process conditions were determined as follows: Fe^2+ 0.15 mol/L, temperature 45-55 ℃, pH 2.5-3.0, current density 18-25 A/dm^2 and cathode rotating rate 600-900 r/min. The electrodeposited alloy foils feature brightness, compactness, good toughness, and stable iron content between 62% and 66%, meeting the composition requirement of invar alloy.
