摘 要:比较了水性环氧树脂涂料与溶剂型环氧树脂涂料、单组分乳胶涂料的成膜过程,探讨了双组分水性环氧树脂涂料的成膜机理,分析了影响水性环氧树脂涂料成膜的因素。环氧树脂乳胶粒的尺寸是影响水性环氧涂料成膜的最重要因素,乳胶粒的界面黏度,环氧树脂的玻璃化温度,固化剂与环氧树脂的相容性以及涂装施工的环境温度、湿度等都会影响水性环氧树脂涂料的成膜过程,进而影响涂膜的物理化学性能。The film formation processes of waterborne and solvent-based epoxy resin coating materials as well as single- component emulsion coating material were compared. The mechanism of film formation of two-component waterborne epoxy resin coatings was discussed and the factors affecting film formation were analyzed. The emulsion particle size is the most important influencing factor and the interface viscosity of emulsion particle, the vitrification temperature of epoxy resin, the compatibility of epoxy resin and curing agent as well as the temperature and humidity of construction site have important effect on the film formation, consequently affecting the physical and chemical performance of film.
