高性能聚酯氨基汽车中涂漆的制备

摘　　要：以饱和聚酯树脂A和苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为主要成膜物制备了汽车中涂漆。讨论了氨基树脂、聚酯树脂、填料、助剂和有机溶剂等对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当m(饱和聚酯树脂A)∶m(苯代三聚氰胺甲醛树脂)=36∶18,w(羟基聚酯树脂B)=3%,m(碳酸钙)∶m(滑石粉)=5∶5,w(附着力促进剂)=1%,采用丙烯酸类流平剂,选择适宜的有机溶剂时,得到了与底、面漆涂层配套性及综合性能良好的汽车中涂漆。A polyester-amino automotive intermediate paint was prepared by using saturated polyester resin A and benzene-substituted melamine formaldehyde resin as main film-forming materials. The effects of amino resin, polyester resin, fillers, additives and organic solvents on the properties of paint were studied. The experimental results indicated that the polyester-amino automotive intermediate paint prepared with 3% hydroxyl polyester resin B and 1% adhesion- promoting agent by using acrylic leveling agent and a proper organic solvent at a mass ratio of saturated polyester resin A to benzene-substituted melamine formaldehyde resin 36：18 and a mass ratio of calcium carbonate to talcum powder 5：5 shows good comprehensive performance and matches well with primer and topcoat layers.
