摘　　要：在对冶炼厂熔炼工艺进行介绍和分析控制要求特点后,提出了基于PROFINET和PROFIBUS混合网络熔炼控制系统的设计方案,将PLC视为PROFINET结构中分散式现场设备PROFI-NETIO,实现了两者之间的无缝集成.详细阐述了网络结构和系统组态.After the introduction of meltingprocess in the smelter and the analysis of control requirements, the design of melting automatic control system based on PROFINET and PROFIBUS mixed network is used. PLC is regarded as a PROFINET IO in PROFINET structure of the distributed field devices. A seamless integration between PROFINET and PROFIBUS is realized. The network structure and system configuration are described in detail.
