医学模拟教育在临床技能训练教学中的作用

摘　　要：临床技能教学是医学教育的关键，随着社会的进步及患者自我保护意识的增强，传统的临床技能训练教学模式面临着严峻考验。文章结合实践介绍了模拟教育在临床技能培训中的应用，同时指出它改变了传统教学和考核的方式，尤其在提高医学生及临床各级医师临床技能方面具有独特的作用。The teaching of clinical skill is the key to medical education. With the social progress and patients＇enhanced awareness of self-protection, is facing a severe test. By relating our practice, the traditional teaching mode of clinical skill training this paper introduces the application of simulation education in clinical skill training and points out that it can change the means of traditional teaching and assessment, and that it has a unique role to play in improving clinical skills of medical students and clinicians at various levels.
