摘 要:研究了直流电场作用下直接染料的皮革染色,考察了时间、温度和电压对上染率的影响规律。研究发现,电场作用有利于皮革染色的进行,温度越高,电压越大,上染率越大,电压为24V时,染色40min后上染率提高了18.46%,在固色后上染率达到99.83%,降低了废液中染料的含量,减少污染。The leather dyeing has been studied by direct-dye through direct current. The influence of different factors on dye uptaking rate was investigated, such as time, temperature and dyeing voltage .The results show that the direct current is beneficial to leather dyeing, and the dye up-taking rate increases with the increasing of temperature and voltage . The dye up-taking rate has increased by 18.46% after dyeing for 40 minutes at 24 V, and the dye up- taking rate go up to 99.83% after dyefixing, which reduces dye content of the waste water and decreased the pollution.
