摘 要:采用原位复合的方法制备了一种具有双渗滤结构的新型低碳含量高密度聚乙烯/乙烯丙烯酸共聚物/玻璃纤维/炭黑(HDPE/EAA/GF/CB)四元抗静电复合材料,研究了所得材料的电性能与力学性能。SEM测试表明:材料中EAA相包覆在GF上,形成一个特殊的纤维状结构分散在HDPE中,EAA与HDPE有明显界限,这种结构使材料产生了双渗滤行为,体积电阻率大大下降。同时,研究了GF、CB对材料力学性能的影响,表明纤维的增强作用,使材料的拉伸强度提高20MPa。A new type of high density polyethylene (HDPE) /etylen acrylic acid co-polymer (EAA) /glass fiber (GF) /carbon black (CB) four-multiple antistatic composite with low-carbon content was prepared by means of in-situ compounding. The electrical and mechanical properties of the prepared composite were studied. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated GF was enwrapped by EAA, forming a large fiber structure and scattered in HDPE; there was obvious interface between EAA and HDPE, which made the double-percolation threshold of the composite, resulted in significant decrease of volume resistivity of the composite. The influence of the contents of CB and GF on the mechanical properties of the composite was studied. The tensile strength of the composite increased by 20 MPa with the addition of the fibers.
