摘　　要：近几年,旅游房地产在我国得到了快速发展,对其研究也日益引起了国内学者的关注。根据对中国知识资源总库——CNKI系列数据库进行跨库检索,对1994年以来的旅游房地产研究文献进行了概括和分析,归纳了我国旅游房地产研究内容的进展,总结了研究文献的特点,指出了今后研究有待深入之处。In recent years,tourism real estate developed quickly in our country and research on it also drew the scholars＇ attention.Based on the gener-alization and analysis of tourism real estate research,documents obtained from CNKI by crossdata base retrieval since 1994, this essay summarized the content and progress of tourism real estate research, generalized the characteristics of research document and pointed out where further studies could be clone.
